The customer acknowledges and confirms the engagement for services by DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC.
These terms and conditions outline the rules, regulations, contracts and intent for the use of DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC services, clienthub.getjobber.com, and dmvbinclean.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use dmvbinclean.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Customer", "Client”, “You”, “Your” and customer refers to you, the person visiting this website and compliant to the Company's Terms and Conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our service to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs. In respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the State of Maryland. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC services:

Cleaning and sanitation of the interior and exterior surfaces of waste receptacles / bins.

Cleaning (Pressure / soft washing) of surfaces (building siding, driveways, walkways, decks, etc.)

200 degree water and pressure will be used to clean and sanitize surfaces.

Photographs and or video recordings may be archived for proof of service and used on social media platforms.
Waste receptacles / bin cleaning invoices are paid in full once service is rendered. A 20% - 50% down payment for invoices $1,000.00 and more will be paid in advance prior to scheduled date.
Business / personal checks: If checks are declined due to insufficient funds, DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC may add an additional fee of 10 -20% to the original contract price upon new payment from client.

All services will be scheduled 8 -10 business days away from service approval date. This type of scheduling is done to assure the customer will receive services.
All surface cleaning service may be subject to in person inspection prior to giving the customer an estimate / quote.
Note that there are deep in-bedded stains that can not be removed or cleaned up. However, deep in-bedded stains can be lightened in appearance.

Note that very dirty surfaces may require chemicals to service the area. Any chemicals will be itemized and priced on the estimate and invoice.

Note that DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC can transport up to 800 gallons of water for service. In the instant more water is needed. DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC may use / access the clients water source.
Note that DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC at times runs 200 degree water through our high pressure hoses. During dry weather our hoses may cause discoloration to any grass that comes in contact with our hoses. Do Not worry, the grass will recover and turn back to its green appearance with regular watering. DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC will do everything possible to minimize this incident by watering the grass with cool water prior to running hot water.
DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for the removal of adhesives decals, spray paint or any other material applied to the outer surface of the waste receptacles / bins.
DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for any damage to seals (windows, doors, etc) during siding cleaning to structures built before 2017.
Waste receptacles / bins must be empty prior to service.
Excessive trash that is left inside the receptacle prior to service may cause rescheduling along with an additional service fee of $15.00 per receptacle that will be added on next invoice.
Damage to waste receptacles / bins: The sanitation process does not damage the surfaces of receptacles / bins. However, the 200 degree water and high pressure will remove adhesives during the sanitation process. (i.e. address stickers, spray paint or any other decals on the outer receptacles surface). DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for the removal of adhesives stickers, spray paint or any other decals on the receptacles outer surface. In some circumstances there are wheels that have the tendency to come off some receptacle. DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for these wheels coming off. The high pressure of the sanitation process has potential to displace these wheels. If receptacles / bins are cracked or damaged prior to service, DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC MAY NOT service damaged bins / receptacles. The customer is responsible to notice damage to their bins / receptacles prior to service. If the customer fails to notice damage prior to service, the customer assumes responsibility for payment in the full amount of service.
Service Cancellation Policy – Cancellations MUST be arranged 48 hours prior to servicing by way PHONE CALL (301.832.6316) or EMAIL (jdiaz@dmvbinclean.com).
Once customer has approved and booked an appointment with us, we have reserved time in our schedule. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking fee of ($15.00 per waste receptacle) for waste receptacle cleanings and / or up to 25% for all other services.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Same day cancellations of appointed service still makes customer obligated to pay invoice if we are not able to reschedule your service (within reason). If we are able to reschedule an appointment, customer will have an additional service charge of $15.00 per waste receptacle and / or up to 25% for all other services on next invoice. Customers outside the City of Bowie area will be charged additional $20.00 per waste receptacle cleanings and / or up to 25% for all other services on next invoice.
Scheduled service during extreme weather WILL cause rescheduling at NO COST to the customer.
Customer further acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions set by DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC.
*Breaking any agreement will terminate your service and will cost the customer the remainder scheduled services. Any services remaining will be charged to payment method on file. I/we certify that I/we am an authorized user of this payment method (credit card/bank account) and that I/we will not dispute the payment with my banking institution; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms and agreements indicated in this form.

Mortgage or Liens
Breaking any agreement may create a mortgage or lien against your property to secure payment and may cause a loss of your property if you fail to pay the amount agreed upon. You have the right to consult an attorney. You have the right to rescind this Agreement within two (2) business days after the date you sign it by notifying the DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC via email (jdiaz@dmvbinclean.com) in writing that you are rescinding the Agreement.

Conflict Resolution
DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC and the customer will attempt in good faith to respectfully resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to this Agreement through negotiations between DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC and customer.
DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC offers STRESS-FREE PAYMENT METHOD FOR RECURRING CUSTOMERS.
A ON FILE PAYMENT METHOD IS REQUIRED FOR QUARTERLY AND MONTHLY CONTRACTS. ANY CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED AFTER EACH SERVICING. (I.E. CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD ETC.)
I/we authorize DMV ECO BIN CLEANING LLC, to charge the payment method indicated at time of booking or time of billing / collection process in according to the terms of agreement. This payment authorization is for services rendered, for the amount indicated, and is valid for the service rendered. I/we certify that I/we am an authorized user of this payment method and that I/we will not dispute the payment with my banking institution; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms and agreement indicated in this form. I acknowledge that I am able to decide for myself, and as such I/we will not try to discredit myself by engaging in any fraudulent activities.
PLEASE NOTE: DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC PROCESSES PAYMENTS THROUGH GETJOBBER.COM. IT IS THE EASIEST AND MOST CONVENIENT METHOD OF PAYMENT. During service sign up, you will be automatically redirected to getjobber.com.
Please read carefully - Monthly and quarterly services
If payments are processed after the date it is due, all applicable late fees will apply. If payment coincides with weekends or holidays, payments will be processed on the next day of business. If the next day of business is after the date it is due, payments will be noted to be received on time. If monetary funds are not available or if the payment method listed is not correct and this results in delay of payment, all applicable fees will apply. If the payment becomes late / delinquent, customer acknowledges there will be further methods enacted to include but not limited to legal enforcement via the court system. The customer acknowledges and accepts these terms by DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC.
Unless otherwise stated, DMV Eco Bin Cleaning, LLC owns the intellectual property rights for all material on dmvbinclean.com and clienthub.getjobber.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from dmvbinclean.com and clienthub.getjobber.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
